If you are a teen between the ages of 14-18 and are having sex or thinking about having sex, Teen Health Services at Central District Health may help you get the answers you’re looking for. All teens are welcome regardless of identity, sexual orientation or ability to pay.

Most charges are based upon ability to pay. A sliding fee schedule makes the majority of the services affordable to low income clients. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, Medicaid and insurance.
PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT & CONFIDENTIALITY
Your privacy is important to Central District Health. We follow the regulations of HIPAA – The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. All clinic visits will remain private between the patient and the clinic provider.
Parental involvement is encouraged, as parents can be a positive influence on a teen’s health and well-being. However, neither parental consent nor notification is required for a teen to receive services. Idaho Code 39-4502 & 39-3801 & 39-4503.
All information gathered is kept strictly confidential and no personal information will leave the clinic without client permission. Parental consent for the Hepatitis B vaccination is required for those under 14 years of age.
