COST
Most services are charged based on ability to pay (sliding fee scale). No one will be refused a reproductive health exam because of inability to pay. To get the greatest benefit of the sliding fee scale, please bring a recent pay stub or income tax return to your appointment. CDH also welcomes most insurance companies and accepts MasterCard, Visa, debit, Medicaid, checks and cash. Flexible payment options are available.
FREE CONDOMS
CDH is working with local establishments (i.e. breweries/bars/wineries/ and any business of interest) to provide free condoms. Fill out a quick form to receive free condoms.
