As increasing numbers of children and adults are identified as being overweight or obese, Central District Health has made it a priority to improve physical activity and nutrition in the Ada, Boise, Valley and Elmore counties by focusing on developing policies and making environmental changes to help people make the healthy choice the easy choice.
