Meals On Wheels Valentine-A-Grams Are Back!

Following on the heels of last year’s successful Valentine-A-Gram fundraiser, the Meals On Wheels program is again offering to deliver a box of heavenly treats for your sweetie. The Valentine-A-Gram is being made possible with the donations of several local food vendors and will be delivered on Friday February 13th, since Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday. All proceeds go to benefit the program that provides hot, nutritious meals to homebound seniors in Ada and Elmore counties.

Each Valentine-A-Gram features two delicious, mouth-watering cinnamon rolls from Pastry Perfection, a packet of fresh ground Dawson Taylor coffee, with an insulated travel mug, a box of Goody’s premium chocolates, an Organic Evolution chocolate bar from Earthpure Organics, a gift certificate for a smoothie at Booster Juice and a personal note from you.

Each Valentine-A-Gram is only $26.50 which includes tax and delivery anywhere in Boise or Meridian. All Valentine-A-Grams will be delivered on Friday February 13th, the day before Valentine’s Day. Quantities are limited to 200 Valentine-A-Grams and orders must be placed by February 6th. Call the Meals On Wheels program at 327-7460 to place your order. The Meals On Wheels program has been around since 1974 and now serves more than 600 homebound seniors in Ada and Elmore counties every weekday.
