At CDHD's Reproductive Health Clinic, men and women can receive complete physical wellness exams, STI/HIV testing, pregnancy testing, and a variety of contraception options.

CDHD's team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants and Customer Service professionals have decades of experience and want to help you plan for a healthy future by providing the quality, confidential and affordable care you deserve.

Most services are available on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. To get the greatest benefit of the sliding fee scale, please bring a recent pay stub or income tax return to your appointment. No one will be refused basic services because of inability to pay.
