School Physicals

Central District Health Department offers school/sports physicals students in grades 7 thru 12. Services provided during the school/sports physicals include:

  • Physical Exam
  • Vision Screening
  • Health Promotion Guidance

During the summer, a mini health fair is held in the clinic lobby. Students and parents can browse displays on nutrition, abstinence, the dangers of tobacco, and other interesting subjects.

Immunizations may be recommended. To schedule an appointment, call the Immunization Department at the clinic closest to you.
