Sherwin D’Souza, MD is an internist whose practice focuses on diabetes. Dr. D’Souza is the founder of Pocatello’s first integrated Diabetes Clinic where he works with a dedicated team of CDEs and Dietitians. D’Souza is an Assistant Professor at Idaho State University and Clinical Instructor at the University of Washington, Seattle.
Dr. D’Souza is a member of the American Diabetes Association as well as the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. He is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with his family.
